Here are some of the routes we've had for adventures north of Indianapolis. Click on the event name for a copy of the event.
Remember! Roads can change over time. What was once pavement might now be gravel!
Tom Lewis took us North from Fishers ending up in Cicero at Alexanders Ice Cream!
A short drive (only 24 miles!) on the NE side of Indy before mingling.
Gary and Linda really tried to get us dizzy with this rally. We started in NW Indy and went through Boone county, then to Sheridan, Lebanon and beyond, ending up in NW Indy again.
In May, as a follow up to their "Last Days of Freedom" event, Ken and Joan led us on a tour of roundabouts, curvy roads and a little rain through Hamilton, Boone and Madison counties.
This route is probably the most weather cursed route in the club's history. Sara tried it again in November. It rained.
Changing things a bit, Sara J took us north on her (6th, 7th?) November event.
Joan Rabbers (with Ken driving!) led us on a short run through the Carmel area before meeting for dinner.
We started out in Peru and ended up in Converse, IN for the 2003 edition of our annual rally with the Lake Effect club.
After leaving Logansport, we followed the Wabash River to Huntington in our annual rally with the Lake Effect club.
A variation of the above route. It has some sections run in the opposite direction to confuse drivers when they see Miatas coming at them!
Our annual April event with the Lake Effect Miata Club. This year we started in Logansport and ended in Huntington.
The most weather cursed route in the history of IMC. It was a great route even in the rain. We tried to re-run it in June and the event had to be cancelled due to flooding.
Starting out in Battle Ground, we headed north and looped back to Lafayette in our annual rally with the Lake Effect club in 2009.
Our annual event with the Lake Effect Miata Club started in Logansport and ended up at the Oakdale Dam Inn south of Monticello.
We started in Kokomo this year and went in every direction on the compass, ending in Lafayette in our annual rally with the Lake Effect club.
Once again we teamed up with the Lake Effect Club for our annual rally. We started north of West lafayette and ended in Lafayette, but it took us over 90 miles to do it!!
This PTBR was held north of Indy through several counties as we ran along the White River. Yeah, not the warmest Tax Blues ever held....
Ann Cole and Eric Drumwright gave us a fun rally that ran north and west and made us look for things while we drove!
